I would like to raise a complaint regarding my account with Parimatch.
I have already contacted Parimatch support via email and requested that my account be permanently deleted. However, despite sending the request some time ago, my account is still active and I have not received proper assistance or confirmation from their support team.
As a player who reached Level 14 on the platform, I am very disappointed with the overall support experience. I expected better assistance when requesting something as important as account closure.
I respectfully request that Parimatch process my account deletion permanently and confirm that my account has been closed.
I hope the AskGamblers team can help escalate this issue so that Parimatch responds and completes my account deletion request.

I have already shared the required documents via email. It's been 3 days. Reason behind me leaving Parimatch is bonus system. I'm levey14 player I deposit in lakhs everymonth and play needed I can send my transaction proof. It was promised for me that I'll be getting 10k sports bonus as loyalty towards Parimatch, but they failed. Each agent keeps give false statements everytime. Attaching proof of the review.
