Hello @askgamblers support team. I am submitting a complaint after weeks of checking in with Paradise Casino to see where my $500.00 winnings went. The winnings were sent to a closed account weeks ago. The money has been returned to the casino, however, it is not in my account and I keep getting ambiguous responses from chat so I do not know where my money went. Chat is always super kind and polite but they have not been overly helpful. I know this sounds ridiculous but sometimes I feel as though I am being punished for putting a not-so-fantastic review here on askgamblers about the slow payout times right as I was attempting to cashout. I just want to know, after almost a month...where is the money? I'm very frustrated and only turned to you as a last resort as I know you are very busy helping players all around the world. Any help regarding this situation would be greatly appreciated 🙏
