
I joined this site about a week or so ago, deposited well over 12k into it, to right I decided to deposit $200 after losing $1000, and I usually etransfer, I play on other sites as well, so I know when the etransfer is marked as completed in my bank account the money is at that point in the casino account. About an hour passed, I checked my bank account, transfer was marked as completed.. so I went on the site, but there was no money in my account. I opened up live chat, someone named Nika came, I explained to her what happened, she started rambling on about withdrawals taking an hour and to wait. I explained it's a deposit not withdrawal, she said I had to wait until it got declined. I explained to her they use gigadat as a third party for etransfers, and to please check with them where the deposit ended up. She repeated herself. Then I asked to speak with someone else, she repeated herself again...this whole process took about 45 minutes with her....and finally I got so frustrated I asked to close my account. It's been 2 hours since I've deposited that money...its no where to be seen and no one cares to address my issue. I honestly thought I'd get a bit more help but customer service seems not be there strong point. I just want my 200 dollars back and my account closed there. I've never been as frustrated speaking with someone as this....
