Your live chat customer service has been telling me every day for a week that the same day the payout is made.
- I receive no answer from you by mail.
- I receive no answer from you on request form.
- No one can be reached by phone, 4 times over 20 minutes on hold.
You can not handle a satisfied customer like this. I ask you once again politely to do my payment on the Paysafecard account (you wanted this method). Information and documents have been transmitted weeks before.

Also thanks to askgamblers, i tried 3 weeks by myself and after one day when the complaint was made Netbet processed my withdraw.
I see there were some issues when processing your withdrawal due to some limitations.
Our financial team has tried again to process your withdrawal and it was done successfully this time.
