My complaint is that I opened a net bet account and deposited £800 I won £1,300 and completed the verification process, i was informed I had cleared verification and that the payment would be sent within 2-4 days but ive still not receiving the money after this time. I’ve contacted customer support and had no further response. Ive left messages on the help line and no response. Also the website appears to be down... concerned......other betting sites don’t treat their customers this way
