Support,

I had deposit for my account sent to wallet address at 1xSlots "3Hcp8­VNb­eRH­Eaa­HSK­qmt­3ot­eXH­ME8­fE12s". At 6 confirmations usually the account gets credited. But with this deposit even after 10 confirmations, the account was not credited. Then I sent support an email and after 7 hrs, I could see the deposit credited, but I'm unable to play any game for the error reason "The game will become available when your cryptocurrency deposit has been confirmed".

As of submitting this complaint, my deposit has 93 confirmations and not sure how many more is required. Request after request I've been receiving the same response from the support "You should wait until the system gets all the necessary confirmations from your payment system to receive the possibility to play games".

Since the deposit credit was processed manually by the support team, I'm not sure what confirmations they are talking about.

Kindly help me in clearing this deposit and play the game.

Dear KAMSACH100,

We are sorry for your waiting time, but the deposit was successfully credited to your account already, and as for the confirmation of the crypto deposit it can take up to 24 hours.

In some cases, if all the confirmations do not fit within a certain period of time, automatic unlocking does not occur and thus, we asked out technical service to do it manually. Everything works now and once again, we are sorry for your waiting time.

As described in the email, I understand you had credited the deposit, but I'm unable to play any game from the website which is throwing me the same error "The game will become available when your cryptocurrency deposit has been confirmed". I did verify as of replying to this complaint.

In order for us to resolve the issue, kindly allow the withdrawal of my balance and then re deposit the same to see if it works again.

Appreciate for the response and hopefully you would be able to resolve this at the earliest.

I am really sorry but we only fixed the whole issue with your deposit today, everything should work by now. We rechecked the transaction status in the system. Please try the games again.
