The VIP section could use improvements, the withdrawal limits are quite low, and cashouts take longer than expected. These drawbacks can be a little frustrating, particularly for regular players looking for a smoother experience.

I have gambled at many many online casinos. Zet Casino is up at the top for me, as far as paying out etc. I've never once had to email them to ask them what the wait was, or anything like that. Everything with this casino gets a 10/10 from me.

There really is nothing I dislike about this casino. The one thing I always find so irritating is when a casino makes you wait for days/sometimes weeks for withdrawals. Often there are countless emails back and fourth too. Not with Zet. I've not once had to message them for any issue. I've done about 4 withdrawals with them and all 4 I've had zero issues.

Decent selection of games. Overall appearance. Everything looks fine at first glance, until you start winning and really depend on the services of this casino.

Ridiculous VIP Level Logic, lack of transparency and competent support, severely delayed withdrawals.

You can expect a high VIP Level and competitive bonuses as long as you spend (lose) money but heavily delayed payments upon wins (withdrawal).

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Zet Casino. First off, their VIP levels are a complete joke. You can climb up quickly, but just as fast, they drop you down with no clear explanation or communication. It's misleading and frustrating.

The worst part? Getting your money out is nearly impossible. My withdrawal requests were delayed or ignored, holding my winnings hostage. It feels like they count on players getting bored and gambling away their winnings instead of being able to withdraw them.

Additionally, the foreign payment processors they use charged me more than the agreed currency amount, leading to unexpected losses. Even worse, two days after making a deposit, Zet Casino attempted to create new unauthorized charges on my account.

When I reached out to their chat support, it was utterly unhelpful. They couldn't resolve anything, leaving me feeling completely helpless.

They do everything to avoid processing withdrawals. This is literally thé worst casino to cash out money. I used hundreds of online casinos and I can guarantee this one is a living hell to withdraw. Now they are telling me that my withdrawal will be paid on 13.9. Do that would be 10 days after I asked for withdrawal. 10 days!!
Here they are claiming that pending period is 24 hours and I will wait for 10 days.

Avoid this casino. There is cashbacks on VIP level 3 but when you deposit within a week (monday to sunday) you need to remind to ask separately this cashback on next monday. This doesnt comes automatically and you need to ask this separately from support / live chat.

And if you forgot this, you dont get nothing.

I like the visual feel of the black and yellow website. There are many ways to deposit and withdraw. There are basic bonuses. Chat service works (tested many times unfortunately...)

They are very slow at paying out your winnings. I was repeatedly asked for documents, some even twice by accident. Every time I responded to their demands it took another two to three days to process that particular step. It has been 13 days now since my withdrawal and I still haven't received all of my money, which I had to withdraw in separate parts because the limits are so small. Will not be coming back to them.
