Good games easy to navigate website, chat normally helpful and games are fair and never freeze. Customer service staff are helpful if you have a general query only - quick deposits variety of games

Slow replying to emails, when you self exclude you have no access to the live chat only the BOT. Withdrawal once verified is extremely slow and the complaints or customer service are not able to give you a time frame for when it is processed. Not sure if they are short staffed or person who authorises.

£2500 withdrawals just couldn’t be bothered. Would be a positive review if this issue did not happen.

I really cannot say anything nice or pleasant about this casino. I am very annoyed and frustrated at how they treat their customers. I am disappointed and angry.

If I could give no stars I would, this is all this casino deserves. I am awaiting two payouts since the 1st of July. My Askgamblers case as been marked unresolved due to lack of communication from Casino Joy. Casino Joy advised me they needed extra verification due to the fact I had used my partner's bank details to make a deposit. I apologized and they made me think this would not be a problem if I sent all the documents requested. 26 days, documents sent multiple times, my partner signed a waiver stating she allows me to use her account, every bank, PayPal or any other monetary accounts have been sent.

Casino Joy also closed my account due to the fact that I had mental health issues. I requested for my account to be closed 3 times before they responded. In the terms it had stated if the account is closed they would pay out. I did not want to self exclude, I just wanted the account closed so I could get my winnings. Casino Joy self excluded me and still not adhered to their own terms and conditions by not paying my winnings.

This has been a very frustrating experience, I have never gone through this before so it came as a shock that they can get away with not paying. I have truly been taught a real lesson through this process, I also did try to send documents before I started playing, Casino Joy would not allow me to do this. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Variety of slots, live table games, live support (no bot), wager requirements fits my genre, no lagg on there machines on my my side, optimal and clean play.

They have terms and conditions where they not apply on, they don't operate as they show the rules. Withdrawal times getting breached, and costumer support is very bad,

Nothing at all, they don't even reply to their support email. It'd be great if they process withdrawals as they did deposits. I closed my account and the replies I got from them were as if they expect me to reopen and try withdraw again, making their problems mine. Terrible service.

I closed my account and they didn't give my money back, their own terms and conditions state that if you close your account whatever you've in your account will be sent back to whatever deposit method you used and that didn't happen. I'm still waiting. I'm not gonna be waiting for months like most, I want my money back!

The site is easy to navigate and have a simple and straightforward interface. However, I did not actually notice if there is a live chat feature or none. Well, do not have any questions to begin with.

It did take a while to load. Well, I am not really sure if it is because of my internet connection. Nevertheless, there are a lot of games but it seems all scattered around. There are a number of payment methods but the fees are a bit expensive.

Nothing. I would acknowledge all other possible positives about this Casino but my experience has been a horrible one and I really have nothing good to say about them.

My complaint mirrors all the other complaints on here. Ridiculous delayed verification processing time. Ridiculous pending withdrawal processing time, that is if its even processed at all!

Their excuse is they have a backlog of verification and withdrawal requests and 'you are high priority, your case has been escalated' (yeah right). My suggestion would be to pay your players out and then you wouldn't get so many emails!

Their support agents are of no assistance at all regarding your verification and withdrawal. One lovely support agent self excluded me because I said I needed to be paid out and now the only contact I have is via email.

Its quite interesting reading the above responses from the Casino Joy Team, they just say the same nonsense in their emails and think that its an acceptable justification of why they haven't paid you out yet. I've come to the conclusion that their strategy is to ignore you until you give up so they can keep the money they owe you.

I would highly discourage anyone from playing with Joy Casino. I have been waiting a month to be paid out and still waiting!

There platform is easy to navigate.
They have a wide range of video slots, table, live casino games.
My verification has been already over a year, but what they basically do these days is let you verified your account before making a deposit, at least this is my country.
So there is no trouble with further documents when you are making a withdrawal.
Withdrawals of the hole operation are within 48h, but they are mainly faster.

The only thing I don't like is that I'm not able to play any Play'N Go video slot as I'm located in the Netherlands and I should be possible to play them. But I think the casino is restricted them for us.

What I liked about casino.joy was that they had a really really good selection of different games to play and win witch I thought was really good thing

I disliked that the online chat wasn’t very helpful because all they could do was leave notes on your account. I did not like that I got told the verification was going to take 72 hour witch took 9 days. I did not like that my withdrawal got delayed for a long time and still is. And I also seen that they reply to there reviews within a day but complaints get delayed

I like the games. All I care about is live roulette/blackjack and they work flawlessly.
The actual live chat agents are nice people but there is issues as they don’t have much power to do anything.

Verification and withdrawal extremely slow. I’ve been waiting a week as a VIP member. Manager keeps saying they’re escalating concern but nothing gets done. It’s not their fault, it’s the verification/payments team. Needs a lot of work.

The casino has a great variety of games. There are no bugs and the game is going well. I like the many bonuses that they offer for deposit - 50%, 75% and 100% quite often.

Account verification is very slow, withdrawals are also supported. Support does not help with any information at all on both issues. If you send an email, there is no answer... I do not recommend that anyone, deposit is taken immediately, but if there is a payment it is not known when it will be paid. It is interesting that the sister sites of this casino pay normally. Play where you will be paid!

Not a bad selection of games but I got bored they don't have a few providers that other casinos have like thunderkick and elk so you basically just have a play n go session and netent.

RTP on the casino is really low had a £300 balance and within that I bonus 2 games both paying 10x and this was over 2 hours of playing. Won't be depositing here again!

Good number of game, always getting updated. Aswell so new slots are always a good thing but other than that it’s not the best casino out there.

I have had some much trouble with withdrawal on this casino it’s getting to the point of me lose my head they take so long to verify your account ( for the 3rd time) after wait not 72hr but 86hr !!!!! Just to be told I have sent the wrong thing because I didn’t have one number on my card showing and now have to wait another 72hr and the however long it is for it to go in my bank! Also there live chat is terrible and so are the emails take far to long to reply need a phone number to actually talk to someone not just a computer.

They are sister casino to Casino Cruise, Genesis Casino, Spinit etc. but from all of them they seem to be the best. I remember the last issue I had with Spinit, where I put in withdrawal request and waited up to 72 hours and my withdrawal was pending, even though they have 24 hours pending and 24-hour withdrawal time frames. I was not impressed by this group of casinos, however Casino Joy gave me another great experience.

I signed up and claimed the welcome of 100% and 200 spins on starbust. I contacted support to check my wagering as they did not have an indicator in their software, and I saw I had 8000 ZAR wagering attached. Bad thinking always goes through my mind and the not knowing where to start.

They have providers like Netent, Play N Go, Yggdrasil and Quickspin. However, I could only see Netent, Quick Spin and Play N Go. I think due to licensing Yggdrasil must have been unavailable.

I contacted support about the game's availability, and they confirmed it could be due to licensing. They are not 24 hours, but when they are available, they are quick and efficient and almost answer any question you have which is good.

I managed to complete wagering and send in my documents. After 12 ours my documents was approved, and my withdrawal was pending for a complete 24 hours. I received an email the following day to say my withdrawal was approved and the money will be sent. I received the money about 2 hours later after the email and they send the ZAR currency in converted format in Euros.

Overall, I like this casino and they stick to their word. My 2nd withdrawal actually was processed quicker than 24 hours. I can safely say you can trust this casino and know your money are safe with them in terms of depositing and withdrawing. If only they can send the winnings in your preferred currency that would be great.

A lot of "technical problems" with withdrawals. Withdrawal returns to their account and processing time of 48 hours starts from the beginning. I've been waiting for five days and withdrawal is still untreated.

Not much else really.

Withdrawals take forever. They also want notarised documents which is absurd and expect you to pay for this! They then take over a week to process withdrawals. Poor all round. Genesis group is dodgy.

There's a decent selection of games which load smoothly and quickly. The site is easy to navigate. Great welcome bonus offer which only requires playthrough of just the bonus; not like some other sites that require playthrough of deposit + bonus. Support was helpful after I emailed them (24/7 chat support not presently available) about a glitch I encountered with a game and they confirmed it with the provider and credited me quickly with losses associated to the glitch. Site also has good selection of deposit methods for Canadians and allows for gameplay with Canadian dollars.

Live chat support is not available 24/7.
It would be nice to see a few more games and providers added to the selection.

I was first put off a little by the 1 star rated reviews, suggesting that the casino has very poor customer service and withdrawal problems. From my own personal experience, I found CasinoJoy to meet my needs as a customer. Signing up and verification process was straight forward. I deposited £20 and took their welcome offer which I managed to complete through the wagering requirements and withdrew for £700. Withdrawal took 2-3 days which isn't a problem for myself but I know that this would bother some people. I like the fact that since I've been a member (12/12/2018), I've had multiple matched deposit casino offers.

I will continue to use this casino if I get further matched deposit offers but the limited slot selection is the reason why it will not sit as one of my regular go-to casino's.

The only downside to CasinoJoy is that the slot choice is very limited. I like to jump from one slot to another after a nice win but I find myself stuck on the same 2-3 slots because all of the other slots are very poor and minimal selection.

Rip off customers, RTP rates not as advertised. Complaints were answered by a generic template and unacceptable. Have since closed my account and would strongly recommend that people stay away from this site and hopefully they will be forced to change their ways and act legally.

I enjoyed the games selection and the layout. I had some good play time and won a substantial amount of money.

Very poor customer service. I have quite the chain of emails where I attempted to ask questions only to have none of my questions answered and a standard reply repeated. When I attempted verification it took the full 72 hours before the process began and then they requested my credit card information, which I had not used. When I finally did contact a manager via chat (a conversation I had sent to me via email) they would not explain why they had asked for my credit card and then asked for specifically a PDF of my bank account statement for verification. I had already sent them screenshots of a void check which they did not accept, and then a screenshot of my online bank account showing the actual withdrawal of money sent to them, and they declined this as well. I am fully verified at other casinos online currently, and have been many times over several years and not once have I needed to provide a full PDF bank statement. I know it's common for it to be requested, but I consider this to be an unnecessary amount of personal information handed over to strangers who, in this particular case specifically, don't even realize I haven't used my credit card but want pictures of it. I explained that I am the primary on my account, but my daughter is secondary on all of my accounts, and I don't share any information with her name on it. I was responded to via chat with sarcasm so I've decided to not bother with this casino any further. There are plenty of other options. I think it would be a positive change in this industry in the future for a casino to have to verify a person before they can accept any funds at all. It would be interesting to see how quickly and professionally customers were treated and verified. Please note that I have all the correspondence available should ASK GAMBLERS question if this review is fair, reasonable, and justified.
