Hello,

I withdrew my winnings from Helabet, 85 hours ago and still, they haven't sent me the money.

When I contacted the specialist on the chat they said that I should contact the email team and so I did that. Then I was told that It would take 72 hours to process the payment but now they don't even respond to my emails.

Kindly help.

I am attaching a screenshot from the admin panel from the player's personal account and a statement of successful payment.
