My session was on 8.12 I reported the issue on the same day. I played on the live black jack macao and at least 7 hands got settled wrong. I told leovegas several times about the issue, it seems like they are not interessted in solving this issue. Its now 3weeks and i got no reply from them other than we are still looking into this, or no reply at all. It took me 5 minutes to see the wrong payouts and i dont see why this is taking them more 3 weeks (still counting).
It seems like there are issues if you play more than one box at once. In my case my second box was counted as a loss every time although i won most hands. There is also another issue then split hands occure.

These are the rounds that are definatly wrong. I always wrote the amount i should have received in red and the black number at the end is the difference between the amount i got and the amount i should have been credited. In total at least 3.300€ are mssing in my balance.
In addition to that please look into the hands from the table. The hands were recognized corret but the amount was not settled correctly. These are the screenshots of hand 1 to 7:

I already sent all the details to them several times and it was getting completly ignored. But I will try again and do as mentioned above

Leovegas is still messing with me. In the email they tell me they got technical difficulties, so they are not doubting my claims. But they still dont want to pay me indefinitely.
They tell me in the email that they will pay the missing money once the technical issues are solved. They use this stalling tactics scince a month now. I dont care about their technical issues. I only care if i am paid or not. If i get paid should also not be depended on them solving the issue at some point in the future.
If neccessary someone should go by hand through my gaming history and find all wrong payments in addition to the once already found by me myself and credit the money. This should not be dependent on them solving the issue with the gaming provider.
