Account blocked for almost 40 days with no explanation
Hi there.. on the 14th of Febuary I signed up as a new player on Leo Vegas.. online casino.. I had sent my driving license and bank statements to verify my identity.. I deposited almost 400 pound during a course of a few hours.. during this time I had won £600 ! So was relatively happy with that... I decided to call it quits after logging out .. I tried to log back in later to withdraw the funds.. but to my surprise I had a security message saying my account had been blocked!! After talking to online chat.. email.. and phoning knowone has been able to explain why other than my account has been linked to other accounts.. even though I am a new player and haven’t had any other accounts with Leo Vegas.. it has now been 40 days since this has happened and still no further information other than it is still being looked into by the relevant department.. after 40 days ?? I have £600 in my account which I financially need.. they didn’t have a problem taking my deposits... please can someone help me look into this..
