Very bad customer service all seem to have a attitude problem and seem to tell lies I was told for every hundred I withdraw I got to deposit 50. Took 5 days just to pass verification because the staff was so bad and didn't know what they was doing didn't tell me what information I needed to give as it seems to be different from any other casino? I won 900 and as I hit the bonus requirements I had 900 to withdraw only to be told they will only be paying 100 end off if you wanna be ripped off and stress than this is the casino for you be warned avoid at all costs oh I even had to fight to get my bonus.

The casino claims in its own terms to offer the player tools to protect himself and close his account. That is not the case. With a credit of 2500, - Euro I wanted to close the account as protection. Neither the Live Support nor via email you wanted to pursue it but ignored the request. To this day it is said that there is no way to do this. However, Casino clearly states that it is possible. In addition, the casino has despite the request to close the account continues to accept deposits and thus ignored the player protection. Time square casino is one of those Gametech group casinos that most people hate, although I like them. Accepting UK with no UK gambling Licence along with many casinos owned by this company. Makes you question why ASKgamblers have them on their list of casinos when many other sites have this group of casinos black listed.

I opened an account because netent games were clearly advertised, as soon as I deposited to play a game, the netent games had disappeared.
