Nothing much actually, I never really have any huge issues with this casino, just that the bonuses they have are usually sticky bonuses which you have to wager together with your balance. However you can always cancel the bonus should you feel that it is not worth it. Another thing is probably lack of no deposit bonus or promotions going on in this casino.

I don't like the way they hold the amount and come up with excuses. 48 hours hold and processing and if it's weekend it will take almost a week. This is way to tease people to reverse the funds and lose it. I find it dishonest.

First of all, they masquarede as a paynplay casino (Trustly deposit). I made a deposit, after which I was added a bonus even though I clicked on "No thanks". After waiting an hour in live chat, I was able to remove the bonus. However, after that, I was blocked out with my deposit still there. I asked why, and I had self-excluded from their sister site. I thought OK, no problem, just refund my deposit via Trustly. Turns out, they are NOT paynplay casino and they don't even have an option to withdraw via Trustly.
They asked me to send them documents, which I did on 1 Apr 2025. It has now been 20 days, and the refund has still not returned to my bank account. I asked this on their live chat today, and they straight up lied I haven't sent everything required. They asked me to resend exact same message, which I did.
A simple refund should be handled within minutes. If this is not possible, they promise 48 hours to verify the player after documents are sent. It has now been 20 days, no messages from them, nothing. So, they have stolen my money.
PS. What worries me most is the fact I even contacted MGA over this matter. MGA's reply was that they don't handle such cases, and I should contact legal advice. If stealing isn't enough for MGA to delete their license, what is the point of MGA?
