I am writing to file a complaint regarding my Melbet account withdrawal, which has still not been credited to my bank account/wallet.

I placed a withdrawal request from my Melbet account on 5th April 2026 for the amount of 10002 rupees. The transaction status on Melbet is showing as processed/completed, but I have not yet received the funds in my payment account.

Didn't received the price of daily Tournament winning

I’m from Bangladesh, and I’m writing to raise a complaint regarding a prize I won.

About 1.5 months ago, I achieved 1st place in a contest and won an Apple Watch Series 10. After winning, I waited for an update but did not receive any clear information.

I then contacted Melbet support by email. They asked me to confirm whether I wanted the physical prize or 11,000 promo points instead. I replied and clearly requested the promo points. However, after that response, I did not receive any further reply.

However, the current market price of the Apple Watch Series 10 is around 41,000 BDT, so I believe I should receive approximately the same amount in promo points (with minor variation). I do not understand why only 11,000 promo points are being offered. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I still have not received a proper update.

This extended waiting time and poor communication are very disappointing.

Hello! I've been a client since 2019 and have made numerous deposits and withdrawals without any issues. On January 31, 2026, I made a deposit of 77,580 rubles. It wasn't credited. I contacted support. They asked for a receipt, then created a request to search for the deposit. The deadline was set at two days.I provided a receipt, a video from my personal account, and a bank statement. They ultimately extended the period to 10 days. When I realized this, I requested the closure of my account because I don't trust a URL like this at all. They asked me to send documents and photos to close my account, which I'm not going to do because I don't trust them redirecting me to URLs like this. Furthermore, this platform has slots enabled that are prohibited in my country, which makes me even more suspicious. This is another reason why I don't intend to send such sensitive information as photos of my ID. All I'm asking for is the closure of my account because I don't trust them. I requested it through the email I used to register, and they refuse to do it. I have photos and videos as proof of all this.

Hello,
I tried to make a deposit on my Melbet account. The platform displayed a number to which I had to send the funds. I went to CashPlus and sent the money to that number.

After returning home to take a screenshot of the transaction, I noticed that the number on the platform had changed and was no longer the same number I sent the money to.

I attempted to contact support, but I have not received any solution so far.

I don't receive my cashout

I requested a withdrawal from my account, and it seems to have been approved, but I haven't received the money yet. They say I have to wait three hours, and I have waited, but I haven't received anything. The money transfer itself takes no more than ten seconds. I've sent several emails, but there's no response. I have 3000 Saudi Riyals in my wallet, and 2080 has been transferred but I haven't received it yet total 5080 riyal ... Please help me get my money.

My account (User ID: 1279732015) was suddenly suspended on June 10, 2025, with no warning. I had BDT 282,৪405.06 in my account. Melbet accused me of having multiple accounts, which is completely false. I submitted my National ID to prove that I only own one account. I have no objection if they block any suspicious accounts, but I want my own account and funds back. I have already contacted Curaçao eGaming and will take legal steps from the USA if no resolution is given. This is totally unfair behavior toward loyal users.

According to Clause 2.3 of our rules: If multi-accounting occurs on the MelBet website, the security service may block these accounts for up to 2 months and recalculate all winning bets made from them. Registration is limited to one IP address, one family, one email address, one payment method, one credit/debit card number, one eWallet, and one electronic payment method. Individuals affiliated with a current user in any way may not register. When an account is blocked, all winnings are voided, and the user is given the opportunity to withdraw the amount of their original deposit.
