Hello. I have same problem as other members here that did not receive their money. But I’ve Requested withdrawal on e-wallet(Qiwi wallet). Which was my deposit method. Everyday I hear different information from live support and their kyc team(kyc team is ignoring me from Thursday). I’ve created withdrawal request on Wednesday and on Thursday I’ve got an email from evobet that my withdrawal request is approved and I could already receive money. After that kyc team is not responding.

I made a deposit of €30 to claim the75% Christmas Offer Bonus , after that I open the bod and give me error, I try another 20 slots all diferent providers and the same error: 'internal server error'.
