Cashed Casino

I wanted to file a complaint about the casino's operation. I deposited money without a problem, played, and won something. Then, the withdrawal process started. Even though the casino states that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, my withdrawal request is still pending. Contacting support has no effect; they keep telling me to wait and wait, and nothing changes. I once received an explanation that they have a lot of withdrawal requests, but I've been waiting for mine since January 25th, so it's a long time. I should add that I played without any bonus, etc., just my own deposit. I haven't received any request to send any verification documents, etc., etc. I've read here that this seems to be a common practice and they're trying to rush things. So, I'm asking for help because of two pending withdrawals and I am start to be a little bit afraid.

My name is < first name removed > and I signed up on Cashed casino. I did not use any bonuses, won my money fairly and was even kind to customer service.

I have attempted to withdraw two payments of 400 and 750 for a total of $1150 via bitcoin deposit. And they said it would take 2-3 days, it has been 8 business days and no payment has been received.

I have communicated with their customer service and have received the same generic response each time about a delay in payment and they won’t answer any further questions.

Well, unfortunately, this is now the second complaint I have to file on Cashed Casino..

It was going great for about 3 months, I was receiving my payouts in full, in about 2-3 business days no longer..

I have 3 cashouts totaling 1025$ CAD with no bonuses on the money. Now when I ask support about the delay in my cashouts, I get the same generic message to not worry my money is safe and is being processed.

Well, it has now been 2 weeks, and still haven't received a cent.. I have all the photos of my cashouts and also the dialog between myself and support.

I hope they can make this right. Making people wait for their money seems to be the name of the game at this casino.

I’m experiencing difficulties receiving my withdrawal from Cashed.com. According to their terms and conditions, withdrawals should take 3-5 business days to process. However, I’m now on the 9th business day almost 10th tomorrow, and my withdrawal has still not been approved.

After researching reviews of this casino, I’ve found numerous complaints from other players who claim they never received their withdrawals, even after complying with all requests and waiting for weeks. This has raised serious concerns for me.

I’m fully prepared to submit any necessary verification documents to resolve this matter quickly, but the customer service representative has repeatedly told me that no verification is needed at this time and that I should continue waiting while they address the delay.

This situation feels highly suspicious, especially given the negative reviews and experiences shared by other users. I’m reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring I receive the funds I'm owed.

I've been waiting for 5 business days now for my withdrawals. I have three pending withdrawals which total $2000 (750, 750, 500) 1250 was submitted on February 1st 2025 and the remaining 750 was submitted the following day.

They say on their website all withdrawals are done within 3 days.

I played no bonuses and they say I don't require to KYC...

Am I getting scammed? Any help would be much appreciated.

It has now been 5 business days since requested a withdrawal and it is still listed as “under review”.

Chat has been no help other than confirming I’ve waited longer than normal to receive my funds.

They could not provide me with a timeline, only some standard messaging on having patience…. Well they’re running thin already.

Please help.
