Although I just wrote a positive comment down there but unfortunately for the past 3 days I'm experiencing a really bad thing.
I am not getting paid my winning.

For example if I bet on a slot or table game a 20 euros and win 20 they deduct the 20 which is the blinds and not pay my winnings if I win. So basically the money is gone if I bet on anything. Probably it's a technical issue but it's a very very serious technical issue.

I've been contacting support for the past 3 days they apologize and I still believe there support is very nice and polite which I like but that doesn't remove that it's really dangerous whats happening.

Please solve this issue and return winnings. Now I'm too scared to deposit anything after whats going on.

Joined a while back. The layout of the casino is good and they have quite a few decent bonus offers with reasonable wagering requirements. Support is good and helpful. It's easy also to check play through requirements when on a bonus. Also like the way you can choose from multiple currency's and switch them around for each deposit. This is a really nice touch.

Downsides are that the site can be quite slow and the spins on the slots somethings lag. It's a shame because other than that it would be a really great casino. Some games play worse than others. Also no Netent slots which I feel is really missing from this casino but that I suppose is an operational choice. But I would love to see Netent slots offered.
