Hi I won $1300nz 2 weeks a go at Royal Vegas they asked me for ID as u do not drive and don't have a up to date passport I sent in other doc clearly stating my name date of birth etc they asked me to send photo ID of me with my birth certificate in which I have done so I also sent in photo ID of me and my NZ citizen paper which is a llegal doc which comes from department of internal affairs. I have been waiting 2 weeks sending documentation at there request not sure what else I can do can you plz help

Royal Vegas keep putting my winning bk into my casino account I have sent three clear photo IDs with legal documentation and my bank account statements with name and address and also my visa card front and back clearly showing transactions I will not lay down and just take this so I'm forwarding my complants plus details ofcorrespondence and and proof of identity to NZ gambling commission to look into Royal Vegas and the legality's of its performance.
