Withdrawal delayed

On January 18th,2026 at Vavada casino I made three seperate withdrawals at 5-48am, 6-24am and 6-30am worth 160, 90 and 30 euros each. According to Vavada casino's Terms and conditions 8-14-5 and also confirmed by live support, all withdrawals should be processed in 24 hours. After waiting for more than 24 hours, today on January 19th I contacted Live support asking whats the issue, why havent I received my withdrawals. I got an answer not providing any information,reason or a time frame off possible processing of my withdrawals. Was told to contact them later if i dont receive my money still. After aboutt 5 hours and in total more than 30 hours of my withdrawals still processing, I contacted support again. Got the same terrible service of no information provided, just again being told to wait. Support does not care to provide me with any information for example why are the withdrawals stuck. Whose responsible- casino, my bank or me. No time frame. It's 280 euros being delayed well past the maximum processing time. No help from live support with even simple information that in my opinion I should have every right to have. Im left just waiting. Not knowing if it will be couple hours,days, weeks or if i will receive my money at all.

However, we’re not responsible for any delays in payment processing after our managers have processed the request. Because we participate in the transaction process together with the payment system, we unfortunately can’t influence the speed of payment processing on their side.
