The funds never reached my bank account. I have repeatedly provided full bank statements as proof that the money was not received.

Despite this, for the past several weeks, the support team has kept telling me to wait for the “payments team” and continues asking me for the same information over and over again, without any progress or resolution.

I believe I have been patient and cooperative, but the lack of transparency and repeated delays are unacceptable. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in helping me receive my rightful withdrawal of 3800 from Vavada Casino.

And I have every proof they promised me a refund, and I have proof of everything that the money never came through. I have statements from the bank, no money came through
