Money balance changes strangely

Played Vavada casino, Valleys of the Gods game.

I had on the balance 40 euros and I won 340, then my balance is now 380 euros.

I continue playing and I see the balance straight go to 80 euros. Then I think a mistake and I start refreshing the page, and the balance starts jumping up and down, goes to 15 euros, then 3 euros, then again 15 euros, and in the end the balance goes to 0.12 euros.

I wrote a complaint at Vavada live chat. They answer, I use balance in bet. This is not true, I don’t even change the game.

I go to this game history, I make a bet of 1 euro, and from a 380 euros balance, go straight to 80, and after to 0.12 euros.

I get answer from
One of the agents at live chat. He say i used my money at “ MummyLand Treasures ” i check history and yes, money is spend there,but how its possible if i play Valley of the goods. Ok, if someone hack my account, then how possible same time play 2 different games and time is different, i win money 19:54 at Valley of the good game, but this money is used 2 hours before!?
I say them, check IP adress, check Country from where someone play “ MummyLand Treasures ”
Then how i can feel safe play at Vavada if someone can logg in lost all you balance and after nobody try help you only send copy/paste messages “ However I've double checked the information the money was used in the bets!
The funds spent on bets are non-refundable” and straight close the chat! When i make deposits every month thousands of euros then they happy, but when someone take my balance to 0, then this is my fault

No me quieren pagar mi dinero

My account was blocked with my win 17200 EUR

Hello.

I won in Vavada 17200 EUR.

I made two withdrawals of 5000 EUR, the total is 10000 EUR.

While waiting for my withdrawals, my account with my email <removed> was blocked. The account was blocked on April 18.

I tried to ask the support why they blocked my account, but they don't say why they blocked my account; they only say I need to wait.

I have screenshots of my win and all messages from support.

I need to know why they blocked my account and need my winnings.

Withdrawal delayed

On January 18th,2026 at Vavada casino I made three seperate withdrawals at 5-48am, 6-24am and 6-30am worth 160, 90 and 30 euros each. According to Vavada casino's Terms and conditions 8-14-5 and also confirmed by live support, all withdrawals should be processed in 24 hours. After waiting for more than 24 hours, today on January 19th I contacted Live support asking whats the issue, why havent I received my withdrawals. I got an answer not providing any information,reason or a time frame off possible processing of my withdrawals. Was told to contact them later if i dont receive my money still. After aboutt 5 hours and in total more than 30 hours of my withdrawals still processing, I contacted support again. Got the same terrible service of no information provided, just again being told to wait. Support does not care to provide me with any information for example why are the withdrawals stuck. Whose responsible- casino, my bank or me. No time frame. It's 280 euros being delayed well past the maximum processing time. No help from live support with even simple information that in my opinion I should have every right to have. Im left just waiting. Not knowing if it will be couple hours,days, weeks or if i will receive my money at all.

They canceled my payment

About a week ago i ve won in vavada casino 430 euros and after withdrawal request they blocked my account and cancelled my withdrawal for reason of cancelling my deposits previously on vavada but I ve never made any operations with cancelling deposits on vavada and never got any payments back after making a deposits on vavada casino.

Waiting for my withdrawal for weeks

The funds never reached my bank account. I have repeatedly provided full bank statements as proof that the money was not received.

Despite this, for the past several weeks, the support team has kept telling me to wait for the “payments team” and continues asking me for the same information over and over again, without any progress or resolution.

I believe I have been patient and cooperative, but the lack of transparency and repeated delays are unacceptable. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in helping me receive my rightful withdrawal of 3800 from Vavada Casino.

And I have every proof they promised me a refund, and I have proof of everything that the money never came through. I have statements from the bank, no money came through
