According to our information, you previously contacted your bank to request a refund of deposits made in January 2025, totaling 54 EUR. These funds were successfully returned to you. The payment system provider charges a fee for such transactions.
Due to the operations, our project suffered losses in the amount of 734 EUR (680 EUR commission + 54 EUR deposit refund) and you should be held liable for this.
Accordingly, a withdrawal of 430 EUR has been deducted to cover the project's costs related to your deposit refund requests. The remaining amount of 304 EUR will be deducted from subsequent withdrawals.

If you claim you did not request the refund and did not receive the funds, you should contact the bank's support chat with the following message:
«Please confirm that I have not submitted a chargeback request for payments made from card **1193 on January 9, 14, and 16, 2025.»
If the bank confirms that the refund was not processed, you need to send screenshot of the bank's response to us via support chat or email
[email protected] with note «AskGamblers Complaint». As well as a PDF statement for the aforementioned card for the period from May 1, 2025 to the present.
