So here I am trying to play a bit of casino. When I deposit 20 eur into this casino and it all goes smothely without any problems, and I decided to make another deposit of 20 eur which I cant say that went well. The money didn't get credited into my account like before, and after reaching out with for the support they asked me to wait an hour which I did. After this hour passed I reached out again asking why the money hasn't been credited to my account. In this following chat they ask me for a bank statement which I've provided and now they ask me to wait for a "Finance Department" which they don't have much information and neither can give me a estimated time for a reply of this department. So I went to sleep and 12h later they cant still provide me / fix my issue.
