It’s again over 10 working days my withdrawal didn’t arrived to my bank account. Every time I withdraw something I need to write a complain.

I don’t get it why you do it like this all the time it is 1300€ again.

Please fix your issues otherwise you will lose me as a player! It's been exactly the same now 3 times.

Yesterday I withdrawal 1400€ more so it’s 2700€ in total

Hello Peter,

It’s always the same….the withdrawl isn’t in my bank account as always and even I didn’t received an email …
I asked my bank and they said they are not holding anything back!
I did this before I wrote here

The problem is still not solved…the money isn’t in my bank account or in my tsars account!
It’s been more than 2 weeks now

They added it to my player account and I did withdrawal it to another bank and I will let you know when it is in my bankaccount
