Responsible gambling violation Refund of 670 euros
Dear all,
At 18 of December 2024, I requested to tiki taka casino support via chat to close my account immediately due to gamble addiction. They closed my account immediately and they send me a confirmation mail.
After one month they reopened my account and started to send me bonuses. That's violation of the rules of responsible gaming. I spent 670 euros on an account that should have been Perma closed.
I need my money back. Please help me to resolve that issue.
Their support does not respond and their chat is sending me general non sense responses.
