I made a withdrawal request of 800 euros 16/10/19 was asked for my documentation 17/10/19 which I sent straight away hadn't heard anything from them by 19/10/19 so spoke to chat they confirmed my documentation had been received and was all good and to wait until today 21/10/19 for payment to be sent . Payment still showing in my account as withdrawal pending . So spoke to chat again and was told documents had been received and will be checked in the next 3-5 working days from today . Im in the UK also so payment will take longer to clear. I'm moving house next week and I'm reliaing on this for my deposit as I lost too much in split aces . I will be homeless without it

My bank account is all digital I had to download statements name is only on first page of statements then the account number and sort code is on the rest I received a email from the financial team and all they have asked for is the details of the account that my withdrawal will be paid into can you confirm thos please

We can confirm that your withdrawal was paid on the 24th of October 2019.
How long does it take for the funds to appear into your account?
- The speed at which this happens depends largely on when the intermediary bank transfers the funds to your bank account. Most banks will make funds available between 2 - 3 business days and others allow between 3 – 5 business days for your funds to appear in your bank.
We must note that these processing times are beyond the casino’s control as the funds were already paid.

I spoke to the bank today and they cant see a payment coming through yet but as payment wasn't sent until the 24 th would maybe explain why I thought they where sent on 23rd. I will keep updated when I receive payment thank you
