Unfair confiscation of winnings
I had a first withdrawal request which was accepted within 24 hours , but I cancelled it and was fortunate enough to get up to 4500 which I then again decided to withdraw however this was not dealt with as promptly and 24 hours I was still waiting for confirmation of my withdrawal acceptance. And again I stupidly cancelled the withdrawal but I was fortunate enough to get to 5645 but understand the limit is €5000 so I choose to withdraw that and since Monday evening I was waiting for that to be accepted for so long ! Thursday night while speaking to my vip account manager on the site she said that I had only been approved for the 3350 as she said I broke the rules at betting more than 30% of my deposits ( my deposits were 500 which I lost then £1000 ) so in total it translated to €1651.
I am really upset and feel that I am being told a bunch of lies every time I speak to someone on chat I am told different things and I have taken numerous screen shots of the different chats. Also I have recieved a email from finance to say they are still looking through my account and are asking for documents which I sent on Sunday and what they accepted and sent an email to say all was accepted , the only addition this time was my bank statement which I understand as they may need to pay some money back Into the account rather than the card
I feel that I have been lied to in regards to the 30% rule as when I did bet larger amount I had already deposited £1000 so the maximum would be 300 and I never bet near that amount I think my highest was 230- 250.
I do honestly feel I have kept within the 30% maximum bet and feel split aces casino is looking at any chance of not paying the full amount which is a full 1650 euros more.
This has been going on since Monday and they are using stalling tactics.
