I submitted my withdrawal on 29/01/20 I still haven't received it! I have completed the verification process, sent all required documents, have been told by the casino I would receive my money today 17/02/20 still nothing! Spoke with someone today who couldn't give me a valid reason as to why it's being delayed, very frustrated now! It should in no way take this long to give me my money! Quick enough to take my money!
