Unfortunately, the player's withdrawal in the amount of 4,000 EUR from April 20, 2023 07:56 UTC was unsuccessful. Accordingly, 4000 EUR were returned to the player's balance.
Unfortunately, credit card withdrawal method is not available at this time. In order to make a successful withdrawal, the player was advised to use one of the following alternatives: Mifinity or Bank International.
After the funds were returned to the balance, the player made several attempts to withdraw funds through credit card and Bank International, which he himself canceled. Then he used the funds for gaming activities.
