Please help! I have been trying for over a month to get withdrawal. I read everything before I played and it says you can withdrawal using the method you paid (visa) or bank transfer. I used bank transfer for 3 separate payments 2x $300 and 1x $400. Only one of the $300 came through i then spent a few weeks proving the rest never came in and they finally credited it to my account. Now they say I can't withdrawal using bank transfer or credit card only infinity or skrillz which are not available to me. They also said that to use them I would have to make a deposit and because I have put myself on self exclusion that's not possible. It doesn't matter cos skrillz and infinity are not viable options anyway. They keep sending me the same emails offering no solutions and being unhelpful and repetitive and rude. I just want my $700 and it seems impossible to get it.
