On 18.06.2019 I deposited money into my PokerStars account and afterwards I got an email for account verification. Since then I've been trying to contact them with my documents for verification and yet I still haven't gotten any reply. I need to get a hold of my money very soon and they are not helping because I might travel soon to a place where there is no access to PokerStars and in that case I lost my money due to this delay. I don't think it's right to lose the control over my funds now just because they are not replying. Other solution would've been that they shouldn't have accepted my deposit in the first place if this is the issue. I can't wait any longer It's been 9 days trying to contact them.
