Hi everybody.
On the evening of April 20th I went to the Poker Stars casino and won about $6000 USD in several games. I transferred 700 usd, which I received. The next morning at around 10 o'clock, my entrance was closed. They claim that my access has been temporarily restricted due to a routine security check. This check usually takes a few minutes... But now for 10 days nothing has happened. I can't access my money and I can't play. I have lost a lot since November, now I am finally winning and my money is being held. I would like them to solve this problem as soon as possible. I see that there are many people with similar problems here, shouldn't we deal with this topic more? Dear Pokerstars, The account has been under review for over 3 weeks. The winnings were increased to every cent. But there is still no proof that the game was faulty. Is it right that all my money will be lost based on this? Also what I won in other games? Why isn't anyone asking for the video I made?
