PokerStars froze my account after I deposited $410. The reason cited was that my account is associated with another account. I live in the same address as my boyfriend. I havent played on my account for a year or two. PS asked for a lot of verification documents (Which I provided). Now they went dark and are being completely unresponsive on email.
I find it absolutely ridiculous that PokerStars freezes my account AFTER the deposit went through instead of before. Now i have $400 locked up in their system that I can not access.....
