My account has been randomly restricted. I have been playing for a few years now and have already sent my full identification across a couple years ago. I have sent them across again and it said the process should be resolved in a ‘couple of minutes’. I have now waited 72 hours and my account is still restricted and I have now send 6 emails to Pokerstars and have not received a any response. I have $240 on the account also. Please sort this out ASAP, I need the money back or unrestrict the account. Please help.
