Been a longstanding member (5+ years). fully verified and completed a number of withdrawals and deposits in the past.

I have recently started playing again, and my account has been fully restricted after a £245 deposit cleared.
I was told it would be a security check for a few minutes or an explanation via email. The mail never materialized.

Fed up as was planning on playing the sunday tourneys, but am now £245 missing and none the wiser.

I have contacted support, but no idea if it made it through.
