Hi,

A week ago after a 500 euro deposit my account got frozen immediately because of a routine ID verification check. I responded with the proper documents immediately after I got my account frozen. Now a week later and several emails later I still haven't got a response back from pokerstars and my account is still frozen.

This is absolutely a horrid way of treating customers who actively play on the site. For as now I don't know what will happen to my account or my money.

Hopefully something will happen soon to resolve this problem.

Kindly be notified that this complaint is being reopened following the declared willingness on behalf of PokerStars Casino management to do everything within their power to resolve their outstanding AGCCS cases. The AskGamblers Complaint Team will gladly assist by giving any of these old cases an additional chance for a successful resolution.

After reviewing your account, we see that it was fully reinstated on 10-02-2020, when your documents were accepted and account was fully verified. We can see there have been no other issues since then.
