Not receiving winnings
On 1st January I withdrew £700. Was informed it had been successful on 2nd January.. on 7th January I contacted as hadn't received it. To be told it had been processed. I was told to contact my bank and request a bank statement as the casino said they needed proof I hadn't got the money. Which I did for them.
10th January I contacted party casino live chat again, told to call bank again and see if they were holding it. Which they weren't.
11th January repeated emails saying it had been processed successfully.
I contacted the bank again to be told no. They still didn't have the funds.
14th January I received saying escalated to relevant team. All I had had a few times now. I contacted live support again, who told me he would make sure it's passed to relevant team and would be dealt with between 24-72 hours. Then told they could help me no further when I asked for a better explanation and that it had been sent to 'relevant ' dept many times already.
16th January party casino requested I get a letter from the bank stating I hadn't received the money. Which I then did.
24th January I asked for an update. Told to wait. Also told me they couldn't give me a time frame at the moment.
27th January told exactly the same thing on live chat. That it takes 72 hours and will be passed to relevant team. Told the case is with my bank provider and awaiting their response.
So I contacted my bank. This is not the case.
31st January. Asked for updates. There were no further updates. Escalated to their provider and can't give me any more information.
3rd Feb I emailed and the response was they are still waiting for a response from their provider
5th Feb I was told to check with my bank again. They have no record of any payment for me.
I asked for an update to be told it's still under review and can't give me a timeframe to how long it will take but usually doesn't take very long...
This morning g I messaged explaining that I'm going away Thursday and would like this resolved by then so I have it for my time away, reply was In Our last message you received we said we will contact you as soon as we have any information on your case. So this is where we are right now.
