I had a withdrawl of 80.00 dollars winnings on the 9/4/2016 with royal vegas casino there pay department has processed to the wrong neteller account neteller told me the refund has to come from royal vegas casino not neteller i have back forwards with royal vegas & neteller no one will refund my 80.00 dollars wondering if you could help pl

We have checked and the withdrawal was paid to the Neteller account details you supplied to us. There was no mistake on our part.
As the payment was successful we cannot request a refund of the funds. As you are not the holder of the Neteller account they will not take instruction from you to have the funds reversed back to us so we can re-issue it.
We are busy investigating the issue and will attempt to contact the real account holder.
