Withdrawal issues
I've been in touch with the customer service several times now. They all say wait and you hear from us. Sent emails, uploaded my documents etc. Still no money or emails from mr play. Waiting since end of the march but they are just telling me - just wait, wait, wait. When i requested email of their financial department, they say they cannot give it to me. Im getting really frustrated. I have deposited many times, but i feel like if they treats customers like this, i don't wanna be a part of this anymore.
