After receiving 60 out of 100 bonus spins earned through a deposit on April 25, casino says I dont have a bonus to claim anymore, yet the first 2 days of spins were awarded with no problems after contacting chat. This time I have tried chat and email, but no explanations are given as to why they are scamming me. See attachments for details of the promotion and my deposit verification.
