... I received this mail 30.01.19 and asked them today about my 3000kr, and they say

Monica: You got this sent last month
I asked them about the 3000kr and they mumble in the chat about things I don't know what their talking about then they just repetive things and mumble. What do I do?
I've been reading all their rules and agreements. Nothing saying its a timeframe on the VIP bonus
