I had 9000nok in in my account and was waiting for mr.bet to verify my account.. this takes longer time since customers don't have an option to verify their account before they start using the site.. as I'm used to from others.

They have to wait for mr.bet to turn on the activation button, its not visible until that happens. After 30 hours they sent me Verification notice, now I could access the Verification settings, sent in everything they asked for but the auto verification declined everything except my selfie. I was told they had to this manually and it was between 24-48 hours, usually much quicker.

After waiting for 30 hours I had only 6000nok left, that is ok, its my decision to play more. But then decides to take a 24hour break from gambling, since I was waiting to be verified so I could withdraw if I wanted to. During the 24hour time-out its written that I'm not able to deposit of to make bets using real money.

Later that day I placed bets on some soccer matches just wasting time for my timeout to be over. When the play money was at 0 I chat with customer service asking when my play money would be turned into real money and that my bets would be valid again. They answered me that it would take place the next day at 01.46, I wake up today, my balance is still at 0. I contact customer service.. there I'm told that I have wasted my real balance, and that the timeout is only for slots and table games...not sports betting.

Now I'm furious... I have screenshot of the chat where I'm told that my real money will be back in my account the next day. I feel cheated, I'm just waiting for a mail saying that my account is now verified. I sent them the screenshots where they lie straight to my face. I wrote in hat that I placed bets for fun on some Croatian soccer and that I'm glad it was for fun and not real.. and he still tells me it ok.

Why have I timeout if its not valid. This is not how you treat people, I wonder what would have happened if I didn't lose the funds while in timeout... What if my account had 100.000 in winnings.. Would the timeout not be valid then also..

This complaint has been reopened as per Mr.Bet Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

I recieved mail form mr.bet, Telling me that they have accepted responsibility for the error made. I was very pleasantly suprised, since i really thought the funds were lost. I have now made a Withdrawal request, and will update if it is recieved in my bank account. Seems like mr.bey us a serious Bookmaker after all, and i will happily take back my withdrawal if they keep their word. Will update as soon as it happens..

Take back my complaint if they keep their word. Wrong spelling in my last message. I will also change my 1 star review to 5 stars at trustpilot.com, and explain that mr.bet is a serious Bookmaker

Wow.. THANKS YOU SOOO MUCH... If it wasnt for you im certain that this never would be resolved.. im happy to report that after MANY chatting sessions and complaints this is now over and i have recieved all of the 9000 nok in my bank account. Im so glad that we have sites like yours.. since its the only way bookmakers can be held responsible.. that will give bookmakers loss in profit if they dont fix issues like this... I feel like new bookmakers are popping up every week.. and there is soon many unproffesional actors in the industry.. using every trick in the book to stop or Drag out Withdrawals.. to make customers either spend it.. or don't even pay out. They dont realize that this actually makes them make less... Since it spreads fast if they dont behave. Keep up the good work.. I wished this site was a site where every european bookmaker was forced to be a part of if they wished to do business.. so every gambler could go here and check them out before signing up.. thanks so much again.. cant express how happy you made me..
