Hello Ask gamblers,


I need help, please. 2 weeks ago I submitted a request for a change of address according to information from support. The necessary documents for verification have also been submitted and this was confirmed to me by email and my account is verified. I've been waiting 5 days for the payment to be processed and the support always says I should continue to wait until it is checked. I think 2 weeks should be enough because I've been a customer there for a long time since about 2018 and have never had any problems and have confirmed my identity. Please help me to solve this case it's about a payout of 2900€. I don't know what to do anymore. Thank you

the address has now changed and the payment has been made by mr. bet confirmed. please do not close the case yet i am still waiting for confirmation from the payment provider and for the amount to be credited to my bank account. i will tell you if everything is allright.
