5 days ago i was playing on Unibet Live casino.
But one winning hand was not credited to my account (the bet was according to account yhistory) a warning message appear (please contact costumer service - after hand was win. But i never got my win from Unibet.
I contacted unibet with screenshots. Unibet replied me that they technical department will investegate. two days after i didn't hear from them. I wrote again and they say they still wait for the technical department. 3 days after still nothing. I wrote - no answer. 4 days i wrote again. Unibet stop reply my e-mails.
It's really frustrating that they did not answer my last mails. I feel really cheated by unibet. It should not take them so long to investigate such a serious error.
