Hi,

Melbet game account id - 1037271209

I deposited INR 510. to Melbet Casino on 16-2-2025, but the amount is still not credited.

I have complained to customer service more than 5 times and they are saying is a completely unacceptable reason.

I have all the evidence that the deposit was successful also i contacted my bank they said the transaction was successful and the amount was credited to the merchant's account.. these all proofs I also gave to Melbet Casino but they not respond.

They continue saying that they have not received a response from their finance department...

I have been waiting for 6 days.. this is completely unfair..

Please find a solution to this..

Thanks for publishing the complaint.
The only reply Melbet Casino given to me for 9 days is that 'the case forwarded to our payment issue specialist and no response was received' Most of the UPI addresses provided by Melbet for payment are fake/fraud blacklisted.

I'm really not satisfied these kind of answers.. everytime I'm asking that can you please clarify what is the issue of the payment ? Because I've the payment proof and also my bank confirmed it was a successful payment. Still after 9 days you are trying to resolve the issue. But not saying what is the exact problem is .. before many times you also hold the deposit money and when i complaint about that you asked me my 'bank statement' .
It's not about the money , its about trust ..
So kindly give a proper reply about the payment.

Hello askgamblers,

I got the mails from you for follow up my complaint against melbet. But I don't see any benefit other than replying like this.. It's common to lose money while playing online casino games, but i don't understand how did the money i deposited disappear without even being in the game wallet? i sent the money to the account that provided by MELBET, and my transaction was successfully completed. so MELBET is responsible for that money. and the only right thing is to return the money honorably..even such a small amount is not refunded after realizing the mistake, how can customers trust you?
While depositing to MELBET, it's showing all deposits are insured, but it is never like that.. the behavior from customer care is very bad and irritated..they say that they cannot track my transaction.. is it my fault? Who is responsible for the money i lost ??

Next time i will attach the screenshots of the chats with customer service dept.

As you said, i created a payment slip, but I'm not able to submit it.. because my payment UTR Reference no is already in your system, as you said, this is the third time i'm doing this, and i don't understand why you are asking this again even though you know that my transaction was successful..
There's always only one answer from customer service - 'Dear user, we understand that you have been inconvenienced, but we have also not received any response from the payment department. Please wait, your problem will be solved soon.'
What are they working for? they can't even fixed a deposit delay issue yet.

Of course, if the complaint is resolved I'll respond here.. I'm still a active user of Melbet, but You are not good for resolving complaints. even if an active user, you never consider them.. Not receiving the deposited money is the biggest problem, even after a month, such a small payment issue has not been resolved. But I'm waiting for what happens next .. hope you understand what i said .

One good thing I noticed is that there is a new one in the INR deposit option, that's great, the amount credited quickly.. really appreciate it !

So actually you guys didn't take any effort for resolve the issue.. not even checking my messages also.. everytime you need to create deposit request .. this is the 3rd time you asking this deposit request. Please clarify for what you again and again you asking this? You already understand that my deposit was successful and it's not credited my wallet . so all you have to do is just credit the money to my melbet account or refund to my bank account..

Everyone who read this please understand , this is not only about money, if you going to deposit money in a casino, please try understand how they handling issues like deposit, withdrawal, refund etc .. after only proceed..
