I requested a payout on May 18th, but nothing has happened since then.
Both support and chat give the same template text, even though I've been inquiring since Wednesday or Thursday.
They tell me to wait, but support doesn't really respond anymore.
I see that as long as you have to pay, you're fine, but they don't want to pay anymore.
According to the general terms and conditions and the chat, the payout would take 3 business days.
