Jet Casino is delaying processing of my withdrawal

Dear AskGamblers team,

I've been trying to withdraw my winnings since december and it keeps getting delayed or rejected. After each request, the casino asks me to verify my id, my photo, my selfie, my video of holding the id and what not. I've done everything and they still keep on delaying and are not processing my withdrawal.

The live chat is useless as I reached out to them 6-4 times but they always answer the same thing again and again. All my documents are verified and approved, still, they say there is a queue and keep delaying my payment. Dear AskGamblers team, please do something about this casino Jet Casino, this is clearly harassment as my funds are stuck there and I need them, even after all verifications, they keep holding them without a reason.

Kindly look into this matter urgently.

Hello, i received the withdrawal but it took so many days which is so wrong. The casino is holding people's money for such a prolonged time. It's insane and strict action should be taken against such casinos. We players put a lot of work and still very few of us succeed and earn those money in casinos. They cant just stop us like that from withdrawing. For now, the case is satisfied but i ask you askgamblers team, to kindly check on these types of casinos and warn about their delayed withdrawals. I would've never signed up here if i knew their withdrawals would be this slow. That's all i have to say. Thank you for solving my complaint.
