I have a complaint regarding waiting times on a withdrawal from Jet Casino.

I made a withdrawal on 25.03.2024, and after the withdrawal, I had to verify myself for the withdrawal to be processed.

I started sending in documents the same day and an ID, selfie with ID, and payment proof got accepted the same day. I got an email after some days saying that they needed to have a live video call with me. I did that on 01.04.2024. I answered the question they asked me and they told me my account was going to be opened again when they verified the video call.

In the days after 01.04.2024, I've been in contact with support several times on live chat and email about the issue, but I have never gotten any response other than "The appropriate department" will be contacting me shortly for a response or that the payment is soon to be verified.

Therefore I feel now that the issue is at a standstill since I have never gotten any response after the final verification. And that is why I now feel I need to take it up as a formal complaint.

I hope that Jet Casino can now look at my withdrawal and give me an answer on why this has taken so long.

This is the same answer you have given me the last two weeks. I have also asked you if you need anything else from me.
It is now two weeks ago since we did a live video call. And i have not heard from you since!
The only respons you have for me is that i have to wait.
I have sent you picture of my passport, selfie of me holding my passport (3 times), payment proof.
All theese are already appproved.
Then we had the live video call where i had to do to verify my account, and answered your questions.
I expected my withdrawal to be handled right after we had that video call.
Not to wait for weeks to get this fixed.

What more can i do to speed up this?
I have been waiting over three weeks since i order my first withdrawal at your site.

Why do you need to contact the provider to fix my withdrawal?
Can it take months to get a withdrawal from Jet Casino?
I can see on earlier complaints that this isnt the first time a customer have to wait at Jet Casino.
I really hope you manage to speed this up. I think one month is way to long.

It's a kind of necessity for us to be sure that everything is legal and safe. According to paragraph of rules 8.24. The Company reserves the right to verify any bets placed and to withhold payouts during the period required to perform said verification. If it is determined that the user has been involved in fraudulent activities or other activities aimed at taking advantage of vulnerabilities and/or errors on the Website with the purpose of obtaining personal benefit, then the Company reserves the right to block or temporarily limit the user’s access to their user account. In such a case, the decision to release funds from the game account will be reviewed by the administrators of the Website on a unilateral basis.

If you look at my history i have not betting on any sport. Only played casino slots.

Why cant you call the provider and talk to them! If all players that win big at Jet Casino have to wait over one month to get their withdrawal, you will probably loose many custumers! I have done all you have asked for so far and still no withdrawal after one month! How long can you stall this. Dont you have any timeframe since you have a casino license?

It is soon 6 weeks since i order my withdrawal! I have never been waiting so long for a withdrawal on other casino sites! You will loose custumer if Jet Casino operate with this timeframe!

Since March i have been waiting for my withdrawal! How can Jet Casino accept that your provider use so long time!? Once more i have to say that i have sent you everything you have asked for. ID, selfie with id, ewallet and 1 hour live call. There you also got my ID. I have also asked if you need anything else from me. You have told me that i have to wait. I have now waited soon 7 weeks to have my withdrawal and account reopend. I have sent you all the things you have asked for. And also asked if there is anything else that i can do to speed this up. Nothing has happend so far. Why do you need to wait for the provider to reopen my account? Is it normal for players that win at Jet Casino to wait several weeks on their withdrawal?
