It is now two weeks ago since we did a live video call. And i have not heard from you since!
The only respons you have for me is that i have to wait.
I have sent you picture of my passport, selfie of me holding my passport (3 times), payment proof.
All theese are already appproved.
Then we had the live video call where i had to do to verify my account, and answered your questions.
I expected my withdrawal to be handled right after we had that video call.
Not to wait for weeks to get this fixed.

Why cant you call the provider and talk to them! If all players that win big at Jet Casino have to wait over one month to get their withdrawal, you will probably loose many custumers!
