Jet casino is delaying my withdrawal since March 25th

I have a complaint regarding waiting times on a withdrawal from Jet Casino.

I made a withdrawal on 25.03.2024, and after the withdrawal, I had to verify myself for the withdrawal to be processed.

I started sending in documents the same day and an ID, selfie with ID, and payment proof got accepted the same day. I got an email after some days saying that they needed to have a live video call with me. I did that on 01.04.2024. I answered the question they asked me and they told me my account was going to be opened again when they verified the video call.

In the days after 01.04.2024, I've been in contact with support several times on live chat and email about the issue, but I have never gotten any response other than "The appropriate department" will be contacting me shortly for a response or that the payment is soon to be verified.

Therefore I feel now that the issue is at a standstill since I have never gotten any response after the final verification. And that is why I now feel I need to take it up as a formal complaint.

I hope that Jet Casino can now look at my withdrawal and give me an answer on why this has taken so long.

After 7 weeks the check was completed and i received my withdrawal! Jet Casino has a long way to go if this is the standard time they use to check the account before they pay out the winnings. Im happy that askgamblers took my case and that i finally received my withdrawal.

I have now waited soon 7 weeks to have my withdrawal and account reopend. I have sent you all the things you have asked for. And also asked if there is anything else that i can do to speed this up. Nothing has happend so far. Why do you need to wait for the provider to reopen my account? Is it normal for players that win at Jet Casino to wait several weeks on their withdrawal?

Usava o cassino há algum tempo. Um curto período que fiquei sem utilizar, o cassino me telefonou, me disse que eu era vip, me ofereceu bônus, etc... Fiz um depósito então, sem bônus. Entretanto me restrigiram de apostar. Não aceitam minhas apostas em esportes. Eu entrei no chat por 3 vezes e perguntei como iria retirar o dinheiro se não posso apostar. Os 3 atendentes me informaram que entraram em contato com o financeiro e me mandaram fazer a solicitação de saque. O último inclusive disse que eu teria que pagar 10% de comissão. Achei injusto mas concordei.
Entretanto meu saque foi recusado.
Agora, alegam que eu tenho que apostar 3x o depósito em slots para pode sacar.
O cassino me induziu ao depósito, me telefonando pessoalmente. Já sabiam que não me deixariam apostar, já que não me permitiram uma única aposta com este depósito.
Agora como vou retirar meu dinheiro se não posso apostar?
Eu aceito vocês cobrarem os 10% de comissão, mas me obrigarem a apostar 3x em slots não é justo já que não foi o que me propuseram no telefone.

Jetcasino 11 days delay

Hello, I used jet casino for some time and asked for withdraw. I asked for whole amount, 1070e.

I made withdrawal request on 28.01.2025 and it's still pending till today. Their support told me that it could take up to 31 days for crypto withdraw, which is insane period of time for crypto withdraw for such small amount. It looks like they trying to scam me or to delay on purpose until I cancel withdraw and lose money. I think it's not normal that withdrawal period is 31 days. I hope u will help me here to get my money asap.

In my attachment u see when I asked for withdrawal and u can see amount. And yes, my account is fully verified.

Jet Casino is delaying processing of my withdrawal

Dear AskGamblers team,

I've been trying to withdraw my winnings since december and it keeps getting delayed or rejected. After each request, the casino asks me to verify my id, my photo, my selfie, my video of holding the id and what not. I've done everything and they still keep on delaying and are not processing my withdrawal.

The live chat is useless as I reached out to them 6-4 times but they always answer the same thing again and again. All my documents are verified and approved, still, they say there is a queue and keep delaying my payment. Dear AskGamblers team, please do something about this casino Jet Casino, this is clearly harassment as my funds are stuck there and I need them, even after all verifications, they keep holding them without a reason.

Kindly look into this matter urgently.

Withdrawal issues and prolonged investigation

Been trying to make a withdrawal of 909.48€ for a couple of days from Jet Casino but they keep creating reasons not to send me my money.

I have provided them all the documentation as requested -- the regular verification with ID + selfie after which my profile was supposed to be fully verified. Then, when I tried to withdraw again, after a day they decided to decline my withdrawal again and request a "video selfie with ID", even if they did not ask this at first and my profile already was verified.

Now, when they verified the video selfie, they created a new rule to get some extra time so they wouldn't need to pay me. According to this rules, their sports team is going to check through something which can take up to 31 calendar days (even if I only did around 10-15 sports bets on their website, all as per the limits and according to their rules).

Simply fed up with such nonsense as Jet Casino is trying to pull here. They clearly try to scam me out of my 909.48€ that I'm trying to withdraw from their platform.

Please help me out, this is unacceptable.

I have put withdrawal for more then 17 days.
And still didn't get funds withdrawal.
They are saying that is account on some kind additional control and that additional control is going on for more then 17 days.
I have send every documentation they have asked.

Only inr 300 got added and inr 900 not added.

Delaying withdrawal by 1 month without reason

Hi,

I deposited on jet.casino around 2000 euros, played slots and made 5000 euros profit in slots. Then I tried to withdraw and after putting me through having to submit ALOT of documents, they said I will get my payment 1 month delayed because their terms say they allowed to delay it.

In my opinion this is unacceptable behaviour, users should not be treated this way, very shady casino.

Casino does not let winnings to be withdrawn

Before this, I had one successful withdrawal which was paid in less than an hour. Account is verified, only one thing I hear from support is to wait . There is no reason to keep my money for so long time.
