I requested a full withdrawal and permanent account closure on 28/12/2025, clearly stating gambling addiction and requesting self-exclusion. My balance was €36,172.89.

Although the account was closed, the withdrawal has been severely delayed. Over four weeks later, only €9,900 has been paid, with €28,172.89 still outstanding.

Support replies are repetitive templates (“with the relevant department”), with no timeline, no payment schedule, and no clear explanation.

The casino quoted its terms inconsistently, changed payout explanations, and even requested verification after my account was already closed, which is impossible.

Very poor handling of withdrawals and responsible gambling cases.

Proceed with caution.

We would like to inform you that we always adhere to strict regulations and rules, so all withdrawals are carefully checked, which may cause delays, but we always do everything as quickly as possible.

After carefully investigating the situation, it was decided to temporarily unblock the player's account, only for the purpose of withdrawing funds, but without the possibility of playing or making deposits, since the player himself requested the closure of the account due to addiction.

At this time, the player has requested withdrawals, and they are being processed in accordance with the limits specified in our casino's Terms & Conditions. They should be completed in the near future.
