I requested a full withdrawal and permanent account closure on 28/12/2025, clearly stating gambling addiction and requesting self-exclusion. My balance was €36,172.89.
Although the account was closed, the withdrawal has been severely delayed. Over four weeks later, only €9,900 has been paid, with €28,172.89 still outstanding.
Support replies are repetitive templates (“with the relevant department”), with no timeline, no payment schedule, and no clear explanation.
The casino quoted its terms inconsistently, changed payout explanations, and even requested verification after my account was already closed, which is impossible.
Very poor handling of withdrawals and responsible gambling cases.
